A cold IPA brewed with pilsner malt and rice then fermented with Kolsch yeast resulting in a dry, crisp, clean ale. With massive dry-hopping of Strata, Azacca, and Chinook hops, this variation of a west coast IPA has intense ruby red grapefruit and sweet tropical fruit flavor. This IPA is a collaboration with Alpine Dog Brewing of Denver and is exclusively available at our respective taprooms.
