Ryrish Stout

ABV: 6.4%   IBU: 62

The word “stout” used to refer to strong beers way back into the late 1600s.  There were stronger, full-bodied versions of porters called “stout porters.”  The style of stout that comes to mind most often is an Irish Stout.  These lower alcohol, dark, full bodied beers are incredibly drinkable.  For our version we use rye to add a spicyness in addition to the notes of chocolate and coffee paired with the bitterness of Chinook hops to create a strong, balanced beer. Gluten Reduced.
