Tasmanian pepperberry Saison

The Tasmanian Pepperberry grows wild in Southeastern Australia and is hand-picked, making it an extremely rare spice. It was used by the English in Australia to treat scurvy but we found a much better use for it: adding it to a saison!  This farmhouse ale is sweet/tart with a red fruit note and very mild peppery finish. Contains Wheat.
