How to Get Here
Golden has strict parking rules that are strongly enforced. Be sure you know the rules before you arrive.
Parking Instructions
Mountain Toad Brewing is on the Southwest corner of Washington Ave (Golden’s main street), and 9th Street at the edge of a residential area. To avoid a parking ticket, please make sure you follow all posted signs in town.
Golden Parking Rules
In general, Golden enforces a 2-hour limit in public parking areas every day until 5pm unless otherwise posed. Please check the Golden City Parking page for more specific information. The residential areas behind Mountain Toad require a special permit.
Street Parking
We have only a couple of spots in front of the building and there is limited street parking along Washington Ave. The credit union next door does allow brewery parking in their lot after hours.
Public Garages and Lots
If you’re staying to check out Golden, especially longer than 2 hours, there are two parking garages just east of Washington Ave between 11th and 13th streets, and there are lots at the CoorsTek site (10th & Ford), and the Clear Creek lot on the east side of town on 10th street.
